Our Cashout Process:

You can request to cashout your platform credits at any time. Simply select Cashout from the top right balance menu. From there you will be able to select the amount of credits to cashout.

- Payment Schedule: Payments are processed twice a month, on the 15th and 29th. If these dates fall on a weekend or U.K. national holiday, payments are processed on the next business day.

- Processing Time: After processing, it may take 2–5 business days for payments to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing timeline.

Permanent Links Policy

To maintain quality and protect our clients’ interests, all links must remain permanent.

Link Monitoring

- We monitor all links weekly using our own propriety backlink monitoring tool to ensure they remain live and adhere to the agreed-upon terms.

Penalties for Link Issues

If a link is flagged due to the following issues, all pending payments for that domain will be temporarily held until the issue is resolved:

- The link is removed.

- The link is altered to “nofollow,” “sponsored,” or “UGC.”

- The page containing the link is deleted.

Example: If you’ve completed multiple orders for example.com, and one of those links is removed, payments for all pending orders associated with that domain will be held until the issue is resolved.

Resolving Link Issues

How to Review Flagged Links

1. Visit https://3way.social/dashboard to review your completed orders.

2. Use the “Link Status” filter to identify flagged links, such as:

- Page not found

- Link removed

- Nofollow link

- Sponsored link

- UGC link

Restoring Links and URL Updates

- If a flagged link is restored to its original status and complies with the agreed terms, payments for the domain will be released as usual.

- If the URL has changed, please contact us to update it and make necessary corrections.

Deductions for Non-Restored Links

- If a flagged link is restored, payments will proceed as usual.

- If the issue cannot be resolved and the link has already been paid, the value of that link will be deducted from your next payment cycle, all future link deals will be suspended until the payment has been completed and your domains removed from the platform.

Our Link Guarantee

If you have paid for a link insertion or guest post and it is found to be removed, and the above process is unable to restore your links, 3way.Social will refund the credits paid for the link to your account.
